Saint Luke's Hospital in Kansas City is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join our team. You will ensure optimal use of clinical staff in order to provide high quality and cost effective care. This position coordinates, organizes, and prepares work schedules for nursing units in the Float Pool to ensure the appropriate amount of staff is available. The ideal candidate has strong critical thinking skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks at once, prioritize work, and manage interruptions easily. To be successful in this role, strong customer service skills, willingness to work, adaptability and an eagerness to learn is required.
