About The Position
Responsible for performing scheduling and timekeeping duties for the Patient Care Services Division. The Clinical staffing coordinator assists leadership with hospital wide staffing while focusing on hospital wide throughput. This position is responsible for oversight of day to day staffing & scheduling needs, bed management, and timecard management and maintenance as appropriate. Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Basic computer skills
- Experience providing customer service in a fast pace environment
- Must be able to coordinate competing requests and priorities in a professional and efficient manner
Nice To Haves
- Experience coordinating staffing across multiple units/departments preferred.
