Our Franciscan Transfer Center Staffing Coordinators are an important part of the Transfer Center team. Providing support to Transfer Center department is a big part of the job. The other part? Ensuring accuracy in the transfer center software. It requires someone who is very detail-oriented. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Core resource for entering all on-call physician schedules into the transfer center software. Coordinate and provide telephone coverage for calls concerning changes to physician on-call schedules, and updating these schedules in real time in the transfer center software. Manage and enter all help desk logs for transfer center software program, escalating urgent concerns to leadership. Assist management team with Kronos timekeeper when needed. Track educational expectations for the department (including learning compass reports), alerting management team when staff members are close to expired credentials.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 1 year Healthcare/Patient Care

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's Degree Health or Business related field.
