About The Position

Staffing Coordinator located at St. Joseph Hospital at Eureka, CA with flexibility to work onsite at Redwood Memorial Hospital in Fortuna, CA when needed. Position is hiring for 8-hour, Full Time Day shift Under the direction of the Manager of Staffing and Resource Allocation, is responsible for the overall coordination of staffing and scheduling support for the assigned units. Using staffing matrixes and patient classification works with the Unit Manager, Administrative Supervisors, Directors and Bed Control to staff assigned units with the appropriate, competent staff. Keeps accurate records of all nursing units schedules, Staffing Assignment sheet, and develops and maintains reports as directed to assist the department. Requirements

• 2 years Secretarial experience
• in healthcare setting preferred

• Experience with staffing and scheduling activities.
