About The Position

Bootheel In-Home Care Services Experience in Home Health Care preferred. A leader for In-Home Care Services in Missouri is now hiring for a full-time Staffing Coordinator Position. Our Staffing Coordinator is a key position within the agency that acts as the communication hub between our Clients and our aides in the field. Applicants must possess excellent customer service skills, be highly organized and have a positive attitude.

Requirements

• Good working knowledge on a computer
• Excellent customer service answering phones
• Data entry
• Filing requires lifting/push/pull up to 20lbs
• 1+ years experience collecting and analyzing payroll data
• 1+ years experience in an office, healthcare experience preferred

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Home Health Care

Responsibilities

• Answer high volume phone lines
• Deliver excellent customer service to clients and employees
• Create work schedules and submit to employees on a monthly basis
• Build a good report with employees and client families
• Fill gaps in schedule due to employee illness, vacation, etc.
• Problem solve between client needs and employee availability
• Multi-task a variety of duties on a daily basis
