Responsibilities: In collaboration with the RN Supervisors, maintain a master staffing plan for each unit. Works collaboratively with Staffing Manager to insure appropriate daily staffing coverage for each unit. Maintains staffing pattern of attendance and processes personal time off. Process payroll data such as staff transfers, wage changes , hours worked, etc/ Mains reports related to nursing care hours, resource utilization and budgetary compliance. Allocates nursing resources, including supplemental staff and reassignment of staff as per the instructions of RN Supervisors and/or Charge RNs for optimum utilization of nursing personnel. Education Requirements High School diploma or GED; College level education preferred (Associates or Bachelor's degree)
