Requirements

• 18+ years old
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
• Monday–Friday availability (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Comfortable commuting to the Luzerne office
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Dependability, accuracy, and the ability to pivot fast

Nice To Haves

• Scheduling or staffing experience is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Build schedules that make sense (and fix them when they suddenly don’t)
• Keep real‑time updates flowing as client needs change
• Talk with caregivers, families, and leadership — sometimes all at once
• Support recruiting and onboarding so new hires don’t feel lost
• Keep documentation clean, accurate, and up to date
• Jump in to help nearby offices when things get busy
• Be the steady voice that keeps Luzerne’s care team connected
