The position involves handling all aspects related to employee time records prior to timecard processing, including managing sick calls, filling open shifts, sign-ups, and daily schedule reconciliation. The role functions as the central communication source regarding staffing and scheduling issues, ensuring overall coordination of department staffing and scheduling in line with budget and patient needs. Additionally, the position is responsible for tracking and generating reports for Department Managers, practicing a customer service approach to all activities, and successfully managing multiple projects and responsibilities. Other duties include coordinating schedules for assigned staff according to needs identified by the manager, maintaining and troubleshooting the computerized scheduling system, coding and entering data into the computer using standard procedures and established time schedules, and establishing a work plan and priorities to assure timely completion of assigned work in conformance with department policies and procedures.   • Proficiency in MOX, Outlook, Word, Excel, and ATSS.
  • College degree preferred.
