Requirements

  • Experience with scheduling in a home care or home health environment.
  • Knowledge of Clearcare/Wellsky home care software is a plus.
  • Direct caregiving experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with caregivers on their availability for work and schedule them appropriately.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Support the administrative team in organizing caregiver and client issues.
  • Accurately staff clients with caregivers based on various factors such as location and skills.
  • Match caregivers to clients based on personality and scheduling needs.
  • Develop and train caregivers on competency levels for clients.
  • Communicate effectively with office manager, caregivers, clients, and other staff.
  • Perform in-home assessments and quality assurance visits as requested.
  • Utilize Clearcare/Wellsky to monitor caregivers and update records as directed.
  • Complete incident reporting as necessary.
  • Provide backup direct client care as needed during the week and on weekends.
  • Perform clerical and administrative duties including support on recruiting and interviewing.
