About The Position
As a Scheduler/Staffing Coordinator at Franklin Park, you'll work with a team committed to providing adequate and appropriate staffing based on budget, census, acuity and as otherwise directed by the Director of Nursing or Administrator. This crucial staffing role will create master schedules, adjust openings, fill vacancies, verify missed punches and time, PPDs, assist with onboarding / training / mentorships, assist with Accushield and Point of Care, review PPE requirements, and assist with recruiting tasks, all while ensuring high quality safety standards and keeping up-to-date with federal and state regulations. In addition, this position will assist with resident transportation and order central supplies for nursing (no stocking required). This full-time position splits each week between scheduling duties and floor-CNA work.
