About The Position

As a Staffing Consultant at Beacon Hill, you will engage in full-cycle recruiting, focusing on finding, interviewing, and qualifying job seekers for temporary and contract roles. This position emphasizes building strong relationships with candidates, coaching them through the job search process, and matching them with suitable job opportunities. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the offer process, all while working collaboratively with your team to meet recruitment goals.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective candidates via job board search tools, LinkedIn, internet searches, referrals, and professional networking.
• Proactively cold call to identify prospective candidates.
• Post jobs on job boards.
• Interview prospective candidates and prepare them for interviews with client companies.
• Contact candidates post-interview to recap and provide next steps.
• Extend job offers and manage the offer process for candidates.
• Reach out to candidates who are on assignment to ensure they have everything they need.
