Requirements

3+ years in staffing, sales, or Human Resources, with a proven track record in business development and management
Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM software, and Microsoft Office
Highly driven, sales-focused , and able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices
Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail
High integrity and discretion required

Responsibilities

Overseeing the daily operations of a staffing agency office
Driving business growth through sales
Leading a team of recruiters to meet placement goals
Proactively prospect, develop, and close new business, building long-term partnerships in local markets (e.g., light industrial, clerical)
Maintain and expand existing client accounts through regular onsite visits, networking, and communication to ensure high satisfaction and retention
Recruit, train, and manage the performance of internal staff (recruiters, coordinators) to ensure a high-performance, service-focused culture
Monitor branch operations, including payroll, invoicing, and reporting, while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Oversee the recruitment, selection,and placement of temporary employees to meet client requirements and fill rates
Monitor branch KPIs and manage P&L to achieve budgeted sales and profit goals
