Volo Sports is seeking a Staffing Associate Intern to support various staffing and administrative functions within our organization. This role involves working closely with the staffing manager to organize and disseminate staffing details, assist with data entry, manage game reports, handle staff inquiries, and provide general administrative support. The intern will also help with inventory management, league support, and league administration, ensuring smooth operations and compliance within our sports leagues.

Working closely with the staffing manager to organize and disseminate staffing details (schedules, assignments, etc.) to part-time staff.
Assisting with data entry, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in record-keeping.
Managing game reports, which involves collecting, organizing, and potentially analyzing game-related information.
Handling staff inquiries, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Assisting with scheduling, which demands excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Performing general administrative work, including tasks like filing, photocopying, and managing correspondence.
Helping to inventory T-shirts, ensuring accurate tracking of merchandise.
Helping out at leagues during the week, including setup, registration assistance, customer service, or general support.
Assisting with league audits and evaluations, reviewing documentation and processes to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.

Must be in the NYC area and able to come to the office 3-5 days a week.
Must have some college education or be currently enrolled in college.

Experience in customer service or administrative roles.
Interest in sports and community engagement.
