About The Position

The Staffing Assistant supports the overall efforts of the Staffing team, including high-quality service delivery, client relationship management, and caregiver recruitment, development, and retention. The Staffing Assistant will help ensure HCA's consistent and high-quality operations, the accuracy of caregiver records, and, when fully trained, direct management of the office's caregiver team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Computer proficiency and ability to document timely and accurately in system.
  • Excellent phone etiquette.

Nice To Haves

  • One year of experience in health care, elder care, social work or related industry
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
