Simply put, as the Staffing Assistant, you will assist the ALF and PAR Staffing Directors in creating schedules that properly facilitates care for the residents every day. Other duties may include (but are not limited to): creating/maintaining the schedule for the facility, ensuring the appropriate number of staff are working for each shift per day, maintaining the employee database/directory, communicating compliance changes in policies to personnel, and assisting the Staffing Director as needed.This role also includes rotating on-call responsibilities via phone every other weekend. Marquis operates 26 senior care facilities in Oregon, Nevada, California, and provides rehab and pharmacy services across the nation.
