About The Position

The Staffing Assistant coordinates the distribution of clinical staff to the patient care areas in multiple hospitals in collaboration with management personnel. Maintains staffing records, processes Time and Labor, provides departmental clerical support, telephones, records, correspondence, filing and faxing. Provides secretarial support for respective department and serves as primary contact and frontline support for management team. Performs other duties as needed.

  • Beginner Microsoft Word and Excel skills required

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum one year of Hospital staffing or clerical experience preferred, preferably in healthcare setting.
