Mederi Private Care is hiring a Part Time Staffing/Scheduling Coordinator in the Gainesville, FL area! This is a full time position offering benefits, PTO, and competitive pay. Requirements

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Scheduling and data entry experience preferred.
• Ability to coordinate many activities at one time.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the services provided to a caseload of clients on a daily basis.
• Interfacing with clients/families/employees to ensure quality service delivery.
• Day-to-day staffing of cases and problem solving.
• Assisting in the hiring process and providing orientation to new caregivers.
• Processing payroll for caregivers on a weekly basis.
• Anticipating staffing needs and working with the Executive Director and/or Business Manager to maintain an adequate pool of employees.
• Participating in the on-call rotation of the agency.
• Coordinating and ensuring the scheduling of client cases on a daily basis.
• Selecting the appropriate caregiver and communicating with the family or client regarding staffing.
