About The Position

Datrose is a staffing and business process outsourcing firm focused on connecting reliable talent with strong client partnerships. We support a variety of industries and take pride in delivering results through strong recruiting fundamentals, accountability, and collaboration. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated, hands-on Recruiter to support high-volume staffing across multiple clients and industries, including a major university account. This is an agency-style recruiting role, not corporate recruiting. You will be managing multiple requisitions, responding to client needs in real time, and working in a fast-paced, high-activity environment. This role requires someone who is organized, adaptable, and able to shift gears quickly. You will be handling a high volume of applicants, varying candidate quality, and changing client priorities—all while maintaining strong communication and follow-through. Success in this role comes from daily activity, consistency, initiative, and the ability to think beyond job boards to build pipeline. This is a repetitive, execution-driven role where discipline and follow-through are critical.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience required (staffing or high-volume recruiting strongly preferred)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles, clients, and priorities at once
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Self-starter who takes ownership of their pipeline and results
  • Strong follow-through and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and repetitive daily activity
  • Ability to adapt quickly and shift priorities as needed
  • Willingness to try different sourcing strategies and think outside the box
  • Coachable, accountable, and team-oriented
  • Professional presence and ability to communicate effectively with clients
  • Sense of urgency and ability to operate in a fast-moving environment

Responsibilities

  • Review and manage all new applicants daily within our applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Disposition candidates and maintain accurate, up-to-date records
  • Conduct outreach to qualified candidates (calls, texts, email)
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline for current and future openings
  • Screen candidates and schedule interviews
  • Support onboarding coordination and candidate communication
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, community outreach, referrals, etc.)
  • Partner directly with client contacts to support hiring needs and ensure a positive experience
  • Participate in client meetings and provide updates on candidate pipelines
  • Communicate proactively with clients regarding candidate status, scheduling, and hiring needs
  • Manage multiple requisitions and client requests simultaneously
  • Shift priorities quickly based on client needs and business demands
  • Participate in job fairs or recruiting events as needed
  • Partner with internal team members to meet hiring goals
