This is a full-life cycle recruiting position for the North America Market's Recruiting, Diversity and Culture (RDC) team. This role is responsible for ensuring HP's recruiting/sourcing philosophy, strategies, programs & processes are executed for various Organizations within HP. The qualified candidate will partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to regularly assess current and long-term talent requirements and develop and implement strategic, innovative sourcing solutions to identify the right skills and quantity of talent to achieve recruiting goals. This position requires strong communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a keen eye for talent.
