We’re seeking a Staffing Account Executive to lead strategic initiatives, generate new business, and expand our presence across key markets. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in staffing services, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage client relationships and close deals. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an Account Manager, Account Executive, or Sales Executive.
  • Experience working with leading staffing agencies such as Randstad, AppleOne, Robert Half, Allegis, Kelly Services, Adecco, or Manpower.
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles, lead generation, and B2B marketing.
  • Demonstrated sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
  • Highly self-motivated, accountable, and results-oriented.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build trust and collaboration across business relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & ExecutionLead the development and implementation of business strategies to drive growth and client engagement.
  • Client Advisory & Relationship ManagementProvide expert recommendations on staffing investments and infrastructure-focused business opportunities.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Sales LeadershipOversee regional sales initiatives and guide direct reports through performance management and mentorship.
  • Lead Generation & ProspectingUse data mining, networking, and outreach to discover and qualify new leads.Set appointments with prospects to generate revenue and build customer loyalty.
  • Pipeline DevelopmentDevelop, organize, and nurture a pipeline of business development leads from initial contact to closed status.
  • Sales CoordinationCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads and support the sales cycle.
