In this role, you will represent the needs of customers throughout the product and design lifecycle, from discovery to design validation and customer adoption across a portfolio of products. You will apply and adapt appropriate research techniques and methods tailored to specific project needs, engaging with customers to understand their unique requirements for our products. This includes defining and synthesizing user types, use cases, and identifying specific UX opportunities. You will partner with Product Managers and Designers to influence product strategy and roadmaps, validating feature and design direction through participatory design, early concept testing, and usability testing. Additionally, you will analyze and synthesize qualitative studies and quantitative data to generate strategic insights and actionable recommendations, communicating findings through various artifacts such as user segments, persona frameworks, and user journeys. You will also provide mentorship to other team members and champion the discipline across the organization.
