Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering and 10+ years of experience in RF component testing
8+ years of experience in high-performance mixed-signal IC lab characterization and testing
Familiar with common programming languages such as LabView and python, and experience with databases such as SQL and MySQL
Proficient with test equipment including RF sources, pulse generators, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, vector network analyzers, power meters, power supplies, and digital multi-meters
Knowledgeable in RF Test. Testing includes s-parameters, noise figure, power, pulsed power, TOI, DEVM and harmonics to mention some
Knowledgeable in GPIB, IEEE 488.2, serial communications
In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills
Operate independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

Support in characterization of device performance
Analyze test data and prepare report
Lead and/or participate in cross-functional teams to support engineering test projects
Develop new techniques to streamline test process
Develop test data processing scripts
Validate setups by comparing setup performance to a standard
Troubleshoot RF Test setups to keep the production flowing
Create and adhere to schedules
