Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering and 10+ years of experience in RF component testing
  • 8+ years of experience in high-performance mixed-signal IC lab characterization and testing
  • Familiar with common programming languages such as LabView and python, and experience with databases such as SQL and MySQL
  • Proficient with test equipment including RF sources, pulse generators, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, vector network analyzers, power meters, power supplies, and digital multi-meters
  • Knowledgeable in RF Test. Testing includes s-parameters, noise figure, power, pulsed power, TOI, DEVM and harmonics to mention some
  • Knowledgeable in GPIB, IEEE 488.2, serial communications
  • In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills
  • Operate independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

  • Support in characterization of device performance
  • Analyze test data and prepare report
  • Lead and/or participate in cross-functional teams to support engineering test projects
  • Develop new techniques to streamline test process
  • Develop test data processing scripts
  • Validate setups by comparing setup performance to a standard
  • Troubleshoot RF Test setups to keep the production flowing
  • Create and adhere to schedules
