Estimated annual base pay: $119,600(minimum) - $149,500(midpoint) - $179,400(maximum) All members included in annual cash bonus opportunity.

Requirements

  • US – Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) - required
  • US – Master's degree in Arts/Sciences (MA/MS) - preferred
  • Greater than 8 years professional engineering experience or a combination of experience and advanced degree
  • Six Sigma Greenbelt training
  • Professional certifications

Responsibilities

  • Plans, schedules, and coordinates detailed phases of major projects, guiding technical direction for Engineers (levels 1-3) and leading small teams.
  • Conducts complex research, developing innovative techniques and procedures for improved processes.
  • Designs, supports, and tests high-complexity systems, ensuring manufacturability, testability, and reliability criteria are met.
  • Promotes and implements process improvements, defining and evaluating engineering processes and procedures.
  • Provides expert guidance in electronics, software, and mechanical engineering, offering knowledge in design, manufacturing processes, and vendor selection.
  • Develops detailed documentation, user manuals, and training materials while mentoring engineers and technicians.
  • Troubleshoots complex system problems and provides technical solutions using advanced engineering knowledge.
  • Works with cross-functional teams, engages with customers, and participates in international/multi-site projects.
  • Expert in software, modeling, and design tools, as well as ERP/MRP and document management systems.
  • Demonstrates expertise in physical systems, testing requirements, instrumentation calibration, and manufacturing processes.
  • Develops, validates, and documents software for test systems including backend programming and automation.
