As a Staff member in Technology Operations, you will lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of complex programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and financial goals. The Technology Operations team at VIZIO oversees essential IT systems, including Azure, GCP, and Entra ID within the Cloud suite. Reporting to the Manager of IT Operations, the team supports various business units by ensuring effective program and financial management, stakeholder collaboration, and operational excellence. Team members utilize strong program management and influencing skills to advance technology initiatives aligned with organizational objectives. The team maintains a structured environment focused on delivering measurable value through clear communication, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement, contributing significantly to the success of VIZIO’s technology infrastructure.

Requirements

  • You have a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 3+ years of hands-on‑ Cloud administration experience spanning Azure and GCP.
  • You have deep, practical knowledge of RBAC, Conditional Access, PIM, access reviews, app registrations, and identity governance in Azure; and roles/policies/service accounts in GCP.
  • You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast paced‑, sometimes ambiguous environment; a hard‑working team player with a “no task is too small” attitude; and a creative problem solver who digs into root causes analytically.
  • Technical toolkit: PowerShell and/or Python; Terraform; familiarity with Microsoft Graph, Azure CLI, and Google Cloud SDK; experience with SIEM/log analysis for identity signals.
  • Strong understanding of security principles (least privilege, defense‑in-depth, Zero Trust), network fundamentals, and compliance expectations (e.g., SOX).

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.

Responsibilities

  • Govern service accounts / workload identities (keys, secrets, workload identity federation); integrate with Azure Key Vault and Google Cloud KMS; rotate credentials and enforce non‑human identity standards.
  • Establish and run access reviews & recertifications with evidence collection for audits; partner with Security and Internal Audit to support regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX).
  • Maintain policy‑as‑code guardrails for IAM (e.g., Terraform modules/policies, blueprints); review changes through CI/CD and change‑management workflows.
  • Publish clear architecture, standards, and end‑user documentation in our IT Knowledge Base; deliver targeted training for administrators and end users.
  • Manage intake via the IT ticketing system (e.g., access requests, app onboarding), meet SLAs, and continuously improve request workflows.
