The specialist identifies and establishes data handling best practices, submits policy or requirements recommendations as needed, and prioritizes gaps in analytical products to maximize readiness outcomes, achieving common goals. Additionally, the specialist endorses and governs Naval Aviation analytical metrics, creating standardization, and facilitates data literacy within Naval Aviation through intuitive products promoting best practices. The role leverages expertise with Python, R, SQL, statistical methods, visualization development, or PowerApps development.
