As a Thermal Technical Program Manager, you will lead the management and execution of thermal cooling solutions for server and storage platform programs throughout their lifecycle. You'll drive design and development activities from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. This role involves managing and tracking thermal deliverables, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of thermal solutions. You'll lead cross-functional meetings to resolve thermal issues, participate in weekly program core team meetings with customers, and coordinate with vendors and partners to gather technical collateral. Additionally, you'll optimize the utilization of AMD thermal resources and facilitate thermal lab tours and demos as needed.
