About The Position

Lime is the largest global shared micromobility business, operating in close to 30 countries across five continents. We’re on a mission to build a future where transportation is shared, affordable and carbon-free. Our electric bikes and scooters have powered more than one billion rides in cities around the world. Named a 2025 Time 100 Most Influential Company, Lime continues to set the pace for shared micromobility globally, spurring a new generation of clean alternatives to car ownership. The Software Program Management Organization (SW PMO)'s core mission is to efficiently and effectively deliver Lime's software product roadmaps. We achieve key business objectives by owning data-driven outcomes, operating in-between organizations and architecture. We are strategic thinkers, constantly anticipating risks, resolving ambiguity, and securing stakeholder alignment, while also being prepared to delve into technical specifics when necessary. We are passionate about efficiency, working with our partners to develop and refine scalable, predictable frameworks. We are seeking a seasoned Staff Technical Program Manager to lead mission-critical initiatives within our Supply Engineering organization. In this role, you will be the connective tissue between Engineering, Product, and Operations, helping drive the systems that power real-time vehicle management, fleet allocation, and operational decision-making across a global platform operating at city scale. Moving beyond traditional project management, you will own the technical roadmap that balances global scalability with local complexity, ensuring our systems are robust and adaptable to the unique operational needs of each market. This is a remote position with a requirement for candidates to reside in the United States to maintain effective collaboration across teams. This position requires occasional travel to support business operations, which is considered an essential function of the role. Lime will provide reasonable accommodations as needed.
