About The Position

As the first Staff Technical Program Manager for Moloco Commerce Media (MCM), you will drive the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives that shape the future of our MCM product line. Your leadership will ensure seamless execution, alignment, and innovation across engineering, product, and business teams.

Requirements

  • Bring 8+ years of experience in technical program management, with a proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs in fast-paced technology environments.
  • Demonstrate expertise in program management tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, Asana, Confluence, Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
  • Excel at navigating ambiguity, driving clarity, and making decisions with incomplete information.
  • Thrive in highly collaborative environments, building strong relationships with engineering, product, and business teams.
  • Possess strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership.
  • Have experience managing multiple concurrent projects and balancing competing priorities.
  • Show a history of identifying and resolving program risks and dependencies proactively.
  • Exhibit a growth mindset, continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the ads, cloud media, or related technology domains is a plus.
  • Prior experience backfilling or scaling up program management functions is highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale technical programs for Moloco Commerce Media, ensuring alignment with business objectives and product strategy.
  • Partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define program scope, success metrics, and roadmaps.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, proactively resolving issues to maintain momentum and quality.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams, driving clarity and accountability.
  • Implement and refine program management processes, tools, and best practices to support rapid growth and scalability.
  • Track and report on program progress, providing transparent updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging data and feedback to optimize program outcomes.
