The Infrastructure Engineering TPM Organization is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to lead multiple cross-functional technical programs while driving operational best practices. This role will play a key role in helping define and drive strategy, working with various cross-functional teams to manage program roadmaps and execution plans. Program scope can include new infrastructure product rollouts to compliance initiatives to ensure LinkedIn applies and upholds best practices in data governance. This Staff Technical Program Manager will partner with engineering leaders to own a portfolio of products and services that allow applications at LinkedIn to store, access/query, process and manage data. These include massive-scale distributed data systems, pub/sub and streaming technologies, DataLake storage and batch data processing systems. In addition to strong technical knowledge, the ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced rapidly evolving environment, be passionate about solving ambiguous problems, have a bias towards action and have the aptitude to drive the strategic vision and execution of our transformative initiatives around Infrastructure.
