In this role, you will drive cross-functional programs at the frontier of AI and robotics, focusing on everything from foundation model training to hardware-software integration. You will be expected to maintain a relentless pace and accountability in your work. Your responsibilities will include turning ambitious goals into lean, unambiguous roadmaps that outline clear deliverables, owners, and timelines. You will dive into various aspects of robotics, including hardware, software, graphics, and large-scale AI, to understand trade-offs, surface uncertainties, and ask critical questions that others may overlook. Additionally, you will ensure that teams in the Bay Area and Europe remain tightly aligned, unblock dependencies, and keep risks visible early in the process. You will also be responsible for building lightweight systems such as roadmaps, metrics, and dashboards that keep execution focused and efficient.
