About The Position

You will be the Systems Engineer Level 4 for the Advanced Development Program (ADP) team, which is responsible for creating advanced aircraft. As the Systems Engineer Level 4, you will be responsible for handling multiple and widely varying assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Requirements

• Experience leading systems engineering teams
• Experience in system design and development using DOORS and/or Cameo
• US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, Statistics or Physics

• Good written and verbal communication with experience in writing requirements
• Ability to work independently as well as being a team player and willing to support other team members on a proactive basis in any capacity needed
• Engage professionally and effectively with senior management
• Able to successfully meet deadlines and execute to a strict timeline
• Experience executing in a digital engineering environment (i.e., MBSE and digital twin)
• Experience with DOORS, Rhapsody, 3DX, Cameo, or other digital engineering tools
• Ability to work with different engineering disciplines to derive and decompose requirements
• Work experience with operational modeling tools
• Experience developing a system architecture
• Experience using software tools (such as MS Excel, JIRA and Access)
• Experience with systems engineering processes
