About The Position

As a Staff Systems Administrator at ManTech International Corporation, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and troubleshooting Windows servers and workstations, both on-site and remotely. This position requires a motivated and customer-oriented individual who can perform Windows system administrative support, which includes adding and removing users, installing software, and monitoring systems. You will be responsible for maintaining domain controllers, file servers, application servers, and other cloud resources, ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally to support the organization's mission of national security. In this role, you will properly receive and triage customer incidents in the ticketing system, following standard operating procedures to accurately log all tickets. Your ability to perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques will be essential, as will your skill in escalating unresolved tickets to the next tier of support. Engaging with customers throughout the process and following up to ensure proper incident closure will be key to maintaining high-quality service and productivity standards while meeting customer timelines. Additionally, you will assist in configuring baseline switches, routers, and PCs being prepared for deployment. Coordination of equipment preparation and shipping, confirming customer receipt, and validating inventories will also be part of your responsibilities. You will perform remote site surveys to identify requirements for hardware and cabling, and you may be assigned other duties as needed to support the team and the organization.
