About The Position
LiveWell Centers is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to take on the role of Skilled Nursing Facility Long Term Care Supervisor at our facility in Luzerne, Pennsylvania. This position is crucial in ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality of care in a supportive and nurturing environment. As a Long Term Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the direct care staff, providing guidance and support to the Director of Nursing (DON) and Unit Managers, and ensuring that all activities are carried out effectively and efficiently. You will also be involved in direct patient care when necessary, ensuring that each resident's needs are met with compassion and professionalism.
