As the Staff Solutions Architect, you will drive the transformation of BECU’s digital member experience by leading the design and implementation of innovative technology solutions. Your expertise will shape the future of our marketing platforms, streamline member interactions, and enable seamless collaboration across business, design, and data teams. You’ll be at the forefront of major initiatives, including CMS modernization, offer management and automated pre-screening, ensuring our technology delivers real value to our members. Your leadership will empower teams, foster technical excellence, and help BECU stay ahead of industry trends. In this role, your contributions will directly impact how BECU serves its members and achieves its mission. To join our dynamic team, we require candidates to be residents of WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, SC, VA, CA, or NC. If you’re located in Washington state and within a reasonable driving distance from Tukwila, we are requesting that you come into our HQ on Tuesdays & Wednesdays. For those candidates that live outside the commute distance of TFC and in any of our approved remote work locations, this role will be remote.
