About The Position

This role will lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge marketing technology solutions to enhance digital experiences across multiple platforms. The Staff Solutions Architect will drive initiatives including CMS modernization and automated pre-screening, while collaborating closely with business, design, data, and engineering teams. This position combines strategic thinking with hands-on technical expertise, enabling seamless integration of scalable solutions and influencing the organization’s digital transformation. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience designing and implementing technology architectures, including delivery of complex solutions.
  • Strong experience with cloud-native technologies, microservices, RESTful APIs, and scalable digital platforms.
  • Knowledge of CMS, marketing platforms, and integration with large-scale infrastructure and data systems.
  • Deep understanding of security, access control, monitoring, and cloud/on-premise/hybrid environments.
  • Expertise in Agile/Lean/Scrum methodologies; SAFe experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications in LEAN, Agile/Scrum, or ITIL principles.
  • Familiarity with architectural frameworks such as The Open Group, NIST, ISO, or BizBok.

Responsibilities

  • Lead digital transformation projects, including CMS modernization and roadmap execution.
  • Design and implement scalable technology solutions to improve member or customer experiences across digital platforms.
  • Own critical initiatives such as automated pre-screening, integrating data platforms and collaborating with analytics teams.
  • Establish and enforce architecture standards, processes, and best practices across marketing technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with business, product, design, data, and engineering teams to ensure aligned and effective delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, staying informed on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.
  • Support digital rationalization initiatives and future marketing technology capabilities, including personalization and data-driven optimization.
