The Staff Software Quality Assurance Engineer will lead the testing and quality assurance efforts for multiple applications across XiFin’s product portfolio. Our ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and be responsible for designing, documenting, and executing robust functional and automated tests strategies to identify testability and coordinate the resolution of any related issues not meeting our quality standards. In this role, you will also be responsible for analyzing and improving our quality assurance processes and practices. You will lead your team in continuous improvement initiatives to drive engineering excellence and ensure the highest quality is built into our software at every step.
