Northrop Grumman Defense System’s is seeking a Staff Software Quality Engineer to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals supporting our Advanced Weapons unit in Northridge, CA. The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's Software Quality Engineering team that is engaged with cutting edge technology on a dynamic portfolio of the Advanced Weapons, SiAW program. The Software Quality Engineer performs tasks that contribute to the completion of program execution for one or more programs to meet the requirements of the contracts and business. Qualified candidates work as part of a team, demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, possess the ability to plan ahead and be customer-support focused. Individuals must also have demonstrated ability to evaluate whether documents, instructions and procedures are being followed during execution and demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills. This position is on-site only at our Northridge, CA location. Relocation, though not guaranteed, may be considered.
