In this role, you will work on the design, development, and deployment of scalable and reliable software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that impact millions of users across the healthcare landscape.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software development, design and solutioning in enterprise/web applications.
  • 5+ years of experience using cloud technologies such as GCP/ AWS/ Azure.
  • 3+ years of experience with React JS, NodeJS or other front-end technologies.
  • 5+ years of solid knowledge of Java, Spring Boot and related frameworks.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes (K8s) for container orchestration.
  • 2+ years of experience with Kafka for message queuing and stream processing.
  • 2+ years of extensive experience Microservices development using well established design patterns like EDA.
  • 5+ years of experience in working in any of the following database - PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB.
  • 2+ years of experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with Scrum or Kanban.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its integration.
  • Exposure to healthcare technology and compliance standards (HIPAA, etc.).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and modern deployment practices.
  • Provides leadership and high-level direction to team members.
  • Experience working with distributed teams, across multiple time zones and geographies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and contribute to the design and architecture of software solutions.
  • Develop and maintain scalable applications using Node.js, Java, and related technologies.
  • Architect cloud-based solutions using Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or other major cloud providers.
  • Implement containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes (K8s) for efficient scaling and deployment.
  • Manage distributed data processing pipelines using Kafka for event-driven architecture.
  • Optimize performance and ensure high availability with Redis for caching and storage.
  • Collaborate closely with DevOps teams to ensure seamless deployment and operation in production environments.
  • Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and automation.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers on best practices and development techniques.
