Requirements

  • 7–9+ years of experience in software engineering, computer science, or related technical disciplines.
  • Proven experience delivering production software in languages such as Go, Ruby, Rust, Python, JavaScript, C, C++, C#, or Java.
  • Strong technical leadership skills, with experience mentoring engineers and leading initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with distributed systems, container orchestration, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Ability to design scalable APIs and integrate complex systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with operational excellence practices, including monitoring, alerting, and incident management.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with security practices and designing isolation mechanisms for untrusted code execution is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software solutions across multiple services and platforms.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews to promote best practices and maintainable code.
  • Own system reliability and quality, including on-call rotations and incident response management.
  • Design and implement APIs for seamless integration between components and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions, including architecture, design, and cost considerations.
  • Lead testing strategy development, monitor metrics, and incorporate feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Champion security and operational excellence, ensuring systems meet enterprise standards for performance and compliance.
  • Contribute to the technical roadmap, adopting new technologies and methodologies to align with product goals.
