About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Software Engineer to lead the design and development of agentic AI systems that automate and optimize marketing workflows. In this role, you will architect, build, and scale intelligent agents that drive efficiency, personalization, and innovation across our marketing operations. What you'll do: Architect and develop agentic AI solutions to automate end-to-end marketing workflows (e.g., campaign creation, content generation, performance analysis). Collaborate with product managers, architects, and marketing stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate business needs into technical solutions. Lead the design and implementation of scalable, robust, and secure AI-driven systems using modern software engineering best practices. Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation. Stay current with advancements in AI, machine learning, and agentic technologies, and evaluate their applicability to marketing automation. Ensure high standards of code quality, testing, and documentation. Drive continuous improvement in system performance, reliability, and scalability. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on AI/ML
  • Proven expertise in building agentic AI, preferably in a marketing or business automation context.
  • Strong proficiency in Python/Java.
  • Experience using LLMs, retrieval frameworks, and agent development.
  • Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes/Cloud infra and observability.
  • Proven ability to build scalable, reliable production services.
  • Proven expertise in software architecture, scalable distributed systems, and design patterns.
  • Experience with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, automation scripting, and telemetry implementation.
  • Skilled in debugging, defect management, and root cause analysis to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Demonstrated capability to evaluate trade-offs and deliver maintainable, secure, and high-availability solutions.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area and 2 years' experience in software engineering or related area
