Omni-Channel Integration services (OIS) are cross-domain orchestration APIs designed to deliver consistent behavior across diverse customer-facing channels. By abstracting channel-specific complexities, OIS ensures seamless integration and unified experiences, regardless of the interface. As a Staff Software Engineer in the Integrations Engineering team, your primary responsibility is to create a consistent and seamless integration while mentoring and providing help to junior developers. Lead work on innovative, actionable and efficient technology solutions to drive Microservices development using Java Spring Boot framework and other API enhancements on the middleware platforms for the assigned region. Define, design, and implement complex, multi-tier distributed software systems throughout all phases of the software development process Demonstrate strong capabilities in assessing business needs while providing creative and effective solutions in conformance to emerging technology standards Execute success through diligent planning, attention to detail, effective delegation, and efficient decision-making Interface and collaborate with other engineers in geographically distributed development centers Strong emphasis on customer journey, product quality, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and continuous development Develop technical & domain expertise and apply in solving product challenges Thorough code reviews Estimate engineering effort, plan implementation, and roll out applications with cross-functional and cross-regional impacts Share engineering support and release Be a culture champion on the team and across the company
