The Change Engineering organization is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the processes and tools that ensure safe, reliable, and efficient technology changes across the enterprise. Our mission is to strike the right balance between stability and agility-enabling faster delivery of business value while protecting critical systems from disruption. We achieve this by leveraging automation, AI-driven risk analysis, and tight integration with DevOps, cloud, and observability platforms. We are looking for a hands-on Change Engineer to help design, build, and optimize the systems and automations that power our enterprise change management process. This role is technical in nature and requires strong skills in ITSM tooling, integrations, and workflow automation.
