We’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer to play a leading role in building and scaling a modern platform that is transforming how financial and insurance workflows are done. This is a highly hands-on role — you’ll write high-quality code, lead by example, and make scalable technical decisions that accelerate product delivery. As part of the core engineering team, you’ll work across the stack, collaborating closely with Product, Design, and Data teams to translate complex user problems into elegant, maintainable solutions. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of professional experience in a modern web stack, a proven record of technical leadership on large or complex projects, and the adaptability to move quickly while maintaining high engineering standards.
