We’re hiring a Staff Software Engineer to take ownership of critical, user-facing backend systems at RadiantGraph. This role is centered on shipping and running products. You’ll own backend systems that power real customer interactions - things like real-time voice calling, outbound messaging, workflow execution, retries, scheduling, and state management - where correctness, reliability, and speed all matter. You’ll operate with high autonomy in a fast-moving environment, working closely with other senior engineers and product leaders to turn incomplete or evolving product requirements into systems that work in production. This role is for someone who has built and operated complex backend systems before and wants meaningful ownership without layers of process or bureaucracy.
