We’re looking for a Staff Platform Engineer to define and lead the technical direction of our platform as we scale 10x+ in enterprise customers. This is a hands-on, high-impact role responsible for architecture, reliability, and developer experience across our Kubernetes-based infrastructure. You will solve hard technical problems, raise the engineering bar through your work, and be a key technical partner to product engineers across the company.

Requirements

Extensive, production-grade Kubernetes scaling experience (not just operating clusters, but growing them significantly from early-stage to production-critical workloads).
Deep understanding of distributed systems tradeoffs.
Previously worked in: Big tech → then startup Or startup that successfully scaled infrastructure.
Strong systems mindset.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity.
Enjoys being a technical owner with broad company impact.
