Staff Software Engineer, Generative AI, Cloud Security
About The Position

Check out our AI agent feature in the Cloud Next Keynote link In this role, you will be responsible for technically leading innovative projects at the intersection of Security and AI, making deep technical contributions, mentoring and guiding other junior engineers, and coming up with new initiatives and proposals for how to improve and innovate in this engaged, fast changing, critical solution space. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products
- 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
- 5 years of experience leading ML design and optimizing ML infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, data processing, debugging, fine tuning).
- 2 years of experience with GenAI techniques (e.g., large language models, multi-modal, large vision models) or with GenAI-related concepts (e.g., language modeling, computer vision).
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- 3 years of experience working in an organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to solve ambiguous, challenging, and impactful problems at the intersection of GenAI, Agentic AI and CyberSecurity.
- Lead the architecture and design of new features and capabilities within the SecOps product, Security Intelligence and SecLM platforms.
- Stay up-to-date on new research and developments in the evolving GenAI and security spaces.
- Mentor and develop other team members, fostering a collaborative environment and high-quality engineering practices.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large-scale software solutions.
