Primary Responsibilities: Staff Software Engineer - The Full Stack Engineer will build the end-to-end systems that power the next generation of public health digital services. This role bridges modern frontend experiences with the backend and cloud infrastructure required to support AI-driven features at scale. They will architect and implement solutions that blend traditional content with intelligent capabilitiessuch as conversational UIs that surface AI-generated responses, dynamic data visualizations that update in real time, or adaptive forms that respond to user behavior. Theyll solve challenges unique to public health, including presenting AI-generated content with clarity and trust, handling uncertainty in evolving health information, and ensuring accessibility for users with varying levels of digital and health literacy.
