We're looking for an experienced Staff Software Engineer to join our Data Protection team to contribute as development engineer. Reporting to the Manager, Software Development Engineering. You'll be responsible for:

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in Software Development
  • Proficiency in programming languages – C/C++
  • Experience in Algorithms and Data Structures
  • Experience with fundamental networking concepts, including TCP/IP, HTTP(S)
  • Hands-on experience in Linux/Unix and good understanding of distributed systems

Nice To Haves

  • Experience developing large, maintainable software product architectures
  • Very good debugging and troubleshooting skills
  • BS/MS degree in computer science or related field

Responsibilities

  • Developing and owning components of a large-scale distributed system with a keen sense for and scalability
  • Troubleshooting issues with a hawkish skills
  • Working with Operations and Support (when needed) to help keep a healthy cloud and happy customer and at the end of the day
