About The Position

Equinix is the world’s digital infrastructure company®, shortening the path to connectivity to enable the innovations that enrich our work, life and planet. A place where tech thinkers and future builders turn bold ideas into breakthrough experiences, we welcome your unique perspective. Help us challenge assumptions, uncover bias, and remove barriers—because progress starts with fresh ideas. You’ll find belonging, purpose, and a team that welcomes you—because when you feel valued, you’re empowered to do your best work. Job Summary As a Staff Engineer for Equinix Fabric, you will contribute to building a fully programmable, self-service Connectivity-as-a-Service (CaaS) platform that underpins critical global connectivity. We are looking for a senior technical contributor who combines deep hands-on engineering skills with solid systems thinking. You will own the technical lifecycle of product features end-to-end, collaborate closely with engineers and architects, and mentor junior colleagues. You are comfortable diving into root-cause analysis, communicating clearly across teams, and continuously expanding your technical knowledge.

  • Collaborative mindset and intellectual curiosity
  • Track record of seeing technical problems through to resolution
