  • Build platform and backend systems at Siro, across recording, integrations, AI agents, and more!
  • Own the end-to-end development of key features, from architectural decisions through implementation, deployment, and support
  • Design and build scalable backend services that handle real-time processing of sales conversations
  • Drive technical excellence through thoughtful code reviews, documentation, and engineering best practices
  • Partner closely with product and design teams to transform customer needs into elegant technical solutions
  • Own the health of our systems and products, and make data-driven decisions
  • Help evolve our development practices and tooling to enable sustainable scaling while maintaining velocity
  • 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
  • Strong proficiency in modern programming languages, databases, API frameworks, and cloud platforms (like GCP)
  • Strong problem solver, with the ability to think critically and approach challenges with a first-principles mindset
  • Strong communication skills, able to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency in frontend technologies like React Native, Svelte, TypeScript
  • Experience with mobile technologies such as Swift and Kotlin
  • Familiarity with backend technologies like Node.js, Typescript, serverless functions
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Familiarity with tools like Git, Datadog, Figma
